If you're emailing about:
- Bundle pricing for a school or library: include your organisation name, country, approximate quantity, and which book(s) you're interested in
- School visit (virtual): include your organisation, audience size + age range, and rough timeline
- Media or podcast: include your outlet, audience profile, format, and timeline
- General question: just write and I read every email
I aim to reply within 3–5 business days.
What I can’t help with
- Custom illustrations or commissioned artwork
- Manuscript reviews of other authors' work
- Promoting unrelated products / services / affiliates
- Anything that would require fabricating quotes, endorsements, or credentials
